Ēlovi Learn
Our editorial process
How Ēlovi Learn is prepared, where its information comes from, and how to read its authorship and review labels.
Clear answers with sources you can follow
Ēlovi Learn explains weight-care options for women in midlife. We aim to answer the question on the page, explain uncertainty, and separate general information from treatment decisions that belong with your clinician.
How an article is prepared and reviewed
Articles are researched, drafted, and organized with AI assistance, then checked against their sources and reviewed by the Ēlovi editorial team before they are published. That team includes licensed clinicians. Nothing reaches this site without passing that review, which is why every article carries the line “Reviewed by the Ēlovi editorial team, which includes licensed clinicians.”
Articles are attributed to Ēlovi Editorial, our publishing identity, rather than to an invented individual writer.
What “medically reviewed by” means
Editorial review is the standard every article meets. Some articles additionally carry a named clinician’s byline — “Medically reviewed by” with their credentials, profile, and review date. That stronger credit appears only when that specific person has reviewed that specific page, and we prioritize it for eligibility, medication comparisons, side effects, and what to expect from treatment. Review of any kind is not a substitute for an evaluation by your own clinician, who can consider your health history.
Where information comes from
We prioritize current FDA information and prescribing labels, original research, and guidance from government agencies and established professional organizations. Sources appear beside relevant claims and in each article’s references. A “sources checked” date describes the preparation of the article; readers should also check the current source when making a decision.
Treatment claims and compounded medicines
Clinical results for a specific FDA-approved product are not promises about your results or proof that a compounded product has the same safety, effectiveness, or quality. We distinguish approved and compounded medicines and avoid instructions for changing doses or converting syringe units.
Prices and corrections
Cost articles quote real, dated prices with a link to the source we read, and say what each price includes — the amount due up front, what is charged afterwards, the total over a comparable period, and the eligibility or promotional conditions attached. Prices and access rules change, so each cost article shows the date its prices were last checked, and we re-check them on a schedule and whenever an offer changes. Verify the current terms with the provider before enrolling. When a meaningful correction is made, the article’s updated date should reflect it. To flag an error or ask about a source, contact Ēlovi and include the article URL and the sentence in question.
Our relationship to the subject
Ēlovi markets weight-care services. Articles may link to our treatment and pricing pages. Those links do not change the limits of the evidence or replace a medical evaluation. Our educational content is available without an email address.
